Thank you!...I just stumbled across your site...today I had an interview for a medical assistant position (with a most warm and pleasant lady)...she made me feel quite comfortable and I think it looks promising for me..I am meeting  tomorrow morning with the prospective doctors I could be working for and with. I agree with your words that the interview should be as a dialogue! It brings out the best in people.</description>
