		<description>You hit the nail on the head with the link resolver marketing issue Meredith.  We brought up SFX oh, two full years ago now and people have just never fully understood that it&#039;s a service; one that may lead to the full text, or may lead to other options.  We ended up going with the standard SFX button, and in retrospect should&#039;ve gone with &quot;Find it&quot; or something along those lines.  People say &quot;it didn&#039;t work&quot; when SFX informs them there is no full text available, but of course it did.  They just had different expectations, and that&#039;s entirely our fault.  Lots more marketing work to be done here.

As an aside, I used to live down the road just a few miles from Butterfly World - great place that!  I swear I&#039;ve completely forgotten what humidity feels like ;-)</description>
