I'm quite sure that most libraries have superpatrons - the regulars that come in every day or every week, the Friends of the Library book sale volunteers, the people who send in tons of suggestions for new materials and who are recognized on sight at the interlibrary loan desk.

The missing piece I'm trying to connect with are my friends who read a lot and who loved to spend time in the library in college but who never set foot in the place now.
