Busy researchers need to hear about IRs seven times before they do anything about them. The same is true of librarians. We're busy. We need time to let things sink in. And the more often we hear about something, the more likely we are to act on it. So people thinking, "Gosh, so-and-so did that presentation at LibCon last year, so I can't possibly do it," should think twice. So-and-so's LibCon presentation didn't reach everybody it should have. Things have changed since so-and-so did that presentation, too. Please. Consider repeating, with a bit of a slant. And on a selfish note, virtual conferences mean the presenter doesn’t have to take wing, either. :)
