My local public library definitely did not have the equipment to do anything like that. It was a fun time, lots of good debate about what this stuff means for a grossly underfunded library without the sort of staff who would be able to manage 2.0 tools. I think a lot of it is doable for them, especially when you have a librarian living in your town who is willing to volunteer her time to do this stuff. :) I will be putting my slides online shortly and a link to it will be on my presentation wiki http://meredithfarkas.wetpaint.com Unfortunately not.
