The concept of brand personality comes from the customer view of a corporation as an entity and do not see it as the collection of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of unique individuals, all with diverse opinions and ideas about what should be done and how. The company processes are in place to keep that behind the curtain, to preserve the perception of a collective brand entity.

Ha! Well, I still haven't received the Wii, so I'll believe that one when I see it. I think there are prizes of some sort for this challenge, but I didn't look at what they were. I don't want them -- this one I'm doing for me. There are people taking this much more seriously than I am and are going by the book.

Hi Meredith - I'm trying to keep an eye on how people are going with the Comment Challenge and followed Lori's link across to your site. I notice that your posts aren't coming in on the RSS feed to the Challenge Wiki which means it is harder for participants to know about your posts. Here is my explanation of what you can do to rectify it.

Glad to see that you are enjoying the Challenge and don't stress -- it is okay to bundle up tasks.

I was so happy to see you joined the challenge. Sometimes I wonder if Penelope Trunk is being sarcastic with posts like the one you mentioned. Her post about working women who need to hire an assistant received a lot of negative comments as well. But it's posts like that that stir up a great debate and bring attention to important issues.

I wouldn't give up on her just yet!
