Obviously you want to keep quotes and attaboys and whathaveyou; less obviously, if you can have *faculty themselves* talk to other faculty about your service and its outcomes, you win big. "The best papers we've ever had!" is a huge seller, but faculty will believe it from each other sooner than from us. (Which is not, of course, a reflection on us.)
