And very inspiring story! I can hardly believe they charged people the wrong price for 6 months and didn't notice. It is very encouraging for those of us who question things that don't seem right. Having spent many years in retail, I remind people that we are in the same boat. We are in a customer service profession and our customers come first. If our customers aren't happy, they don't come back and we lose business. Whether a hospital or library, our computers are not immune to making mistakes, neither are the people behind them.
