And I bet I’m not the only one. I do know that there are a whole bunch of folks who probably know a lot about both topics, so I thought it would be nice to have a place to collect all of that information. To that end, I’ve created the unofficial wiki for the 2006 Computers in Libraries Conference<\/a>. I did a Google search and it looks like there isn’t one in existence yet, but if there is, feel free to ignore this. I just wanted to have a space where we could create a list of bloggers (and non-bloggers!) coming to the conference, share information about D.C. and set-up some meetings for while we’re there. <\/p>\n
Feel free to add any information, categories, whatever to the wiki. It’s a great tool for any collaborative task if you don’t want to pay for a wiki or set one up on your server. I would definitely recommend it for newbies or anyone who wants a simple wiki.
