I&#8217;m happy not only for Michael but for the students who will benefit from his experience and contagious enthusiasm.  What a great place Dominican must be to have hired someone like Michael who is certainly not like any of the professors I had in library school.  In the entire time I was in library school, I don&#8217;t remember any of my professors really expressing any passion for librarianship or inspiring any passion for librarianship.
